Jabeeb Consult Limited was incorporated in Nigeria on 6th July 2018. As a solely indigenous company, our business objectives include but are not limited to the following:
Total Marine Logistics Support Services, Marine Surveying, Assessment & Certification, training & manpower development including technical support services (e.g. Training of Seafarers in IMO & NIMASA Approved Maritime STCW Courses, NBTE Approved Skills Acquisition trainers and Developers), Marine Operations Management, Examination, Testing & Certification of Lifting Equipment, Lifting tackles & Accessories, Examination, Testing & Certification of Pressure Vessels, Steam Boilers & Accessories, ISO Management Systems Auditing, Provision of Oil Field Services, Engineering Procurement, Documents Creation and Controlling, General Contracts Consultants, etc.

Presently, Jabeeb Consult Limited is among the leading companies in the main businesses of:
- Total Marine Logistics Support Services, Marine Equipment Integrity Inspections/Surveying, and Marine Operations Management
- Maritime training for marine competence assurance in STCW mandatory & certificate of competence courses relevant to the growth, development, and certification of ratings & officers. This is to improve the overall standard of all seafarer’s competence in compliance with the requirements of STCW Convention as amended.
- Examination, testing and certification of hoists, lifts, chains, ropes, lifting tackles, cranes, and other lifting machines.
- Examination, testing and certification of pressure vessels, steam boilers, air compressors and other mechanical equipment to verify integrity and compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.

The company shall ensure that all employees, trainees and other stakeholders abide by all safety rules and regulations. Jabeeb Consult Limited management firmly believes that the workers are her greatest assets and strength. As a result, the prevention of occupational injury or illness is always considered a top priority to ensure that each worker goes home safe and healthy after every work activity. The prevention of occupational injury or illness plans is pursued by ensuring that inspections and audits are carried out as when due and action items are promptly addressed and closed out. Jabeeb Consult Limited management shall ensure that work sites/training locations are visited on a regular basis to share concerns, cascade changes (Management of Change, MOC), in policy (If any) with the workforce and demonstrate leadership example, thereby re-enforcing compliance
We shall provide a safe working environment for the workers/trainees by eliminating and or controlling all hazardous situations with the intent of achieving zero incidents/accidents (GOAL ZERO). Also, ensure immediate elimination of all injury/ill health cases at all work sites/training locations.
We shall take prompt action (stop work authority) to ensure a safe workforce and working environment.
We shall provide and ensure fit for purpose machinery, equipment and tools and shall also ensure appropriate work gears for all personnel. We shall carry out training and re-training of all categories of employees and ensure that they are medically fit, ensuring that all personnel have access to adequate health care facilities. We shall establish an effective medical evacuation procedure.
