We regard our host communities as stakeholders and our primary objective in the partnership is to promote capacity building. We will pursue proactive engagements with communities and utilize the atmosphere of peaceful coexistence achieved to implement sustainable development programs for communities.
Harmonious Working Relationship between Jabeeb Consult Limited and the host community no doubt is fundamental to every successful project execution. To achieve this objective, we shall always integrate the host community into our plans and programs as thus: –
- provide possible assistance to host community
- provide employment to host community
- provide sub-contracts to capable host contractors.
Modalities to ensure smooth relationship in the course of project executions shall include:
- Prompt investigations to complaints of trespass, encroachment of set boundaries or damage to properties with a view to resolving such issues amicably.
Issues involving community workers shall be reported to recognized executives of the community or as directed by the client, contractual settlement will be effected through mutual understanding between Jabeeb Consult Limited and the representatives of the host community.
