So in order to ensure an adequate provision for the safety of personnel, equipment, tools and materials in all our operations, the company employs the services of locally trained guards.
We will partner with host communities to secure lives and assets. We will apply non-confrontational security strategies in compliance with National and International laws with respect to Human Rights.
We are also committed to ensuring adequate protection of our personnel as well as our equipment from sabotage and theft. One way we do this is to restrict unauthorized persons’ entry into our facilities. Security personnel in these areas shall ensure strict adherence to this policy
The policy is not limited to work for sites and personnel alone but also extends to all equipment and materials in transit.
