It is the policy of Jabeeb Consult Limited that all its operations and that of its contractor/subcontractors should be carried out at all times in such a way as to ensure that the health, safety of all employees and work environment are safeguarded.
We will establish a safe work-permit system and conduct our operations in accordance with applicable statutory regulations and oil field best practices.
We will encourage Company and Contractor’s employees to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
We shall provide appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees and enforce their use in accordance with the policy. Contractors are similarly required to provide appropriate equipment and ensure use in compliance with Jabeeb Consult Limited PPE Policy.
Compliance with Jabeeb Consult Limited Health and Safety rules and regulations will be a condition of employment for both Company and Contractors employees. We shall promptly report and investigate all incidents, including Near Misses to determine the cause(s), and share lessons learnt, across the organization and contractors.
We will establish contingency plans for foreseeable emergencies and regularly conduct exercises to train all on emergency response procedures.
We shall conduct all company operations with due regard to the preservation of the environment and in compliance with applicable local regulations and guidelines, and international codes of practice. We will develop Environmental Management Plans and monitor the effectiveness of mitigating measures and review as necessary.
Implementation of this policy shall be the direct responsibility of the company senior management and it shall be adhered to by all levels of the Organization in the strictest sense.
Every staff of Jabeeb Consult Limited and her contractor/subcontractors must plan and perform their work in accordance with this policy. Any activity, which in the opinion of the employee cannot be carried out safely in accordance with this policy, must be stopped and reported immediately to the supervisor on site.
